Simcenter STAR-CCM+ Custom Installation using Siemens License Server

Follow these step-by-step instructions to download Simcenter STAR-CCM+ with the new Siemens License Server:
  1. Launch the installer.
  2. Review and accept the license agreement. Click Next.

  3. Select Custom (Advanced) installation method. Click Next.

  4. Uncheck participation box. Click Next.

  5. Select the installation location. Click Next.

  6. Select the Simcenter STAR-CCM+ components you would like to install. This article assumes you previously installed Siemens License Server (saltd vendor daemon). Deselect “FLEXNET License Manager”. 

  7. This example accepts the default additional tasks. Click Next.

  8. Review Pre-Installation Summary. Click Install.

  9. Click Done.
