Changing the machine that hosts a FEMAP license server

FAQ: How do I change the computer that hosts a network floating license?

Send the following information to support@sdasoftware.com:
  1. MAC address for the retiring server
  2. MAC address for the new server
  3. Sold to ID (can be found in the header of your existing license file.
SDA Software will fill out a server change request form for you to verify and sign. Send the signed form to SDA Software and we’ll work with Siemens to get your updated license.
